Nick Staker completed his Bachelors of Science in Business degree in 2002 from Indiana University – Fort Wayne. He successfully obtained his CPA license in December, 2005.  After that was finished, went back to Indiana University – Fort Wayne to complete his Master of Business Administration (MBA), which was finished in December, 2006.  

After graduation, he entered the mortgage business with Art Mortgage in 2002.  Nick took a Staff Accountant position in 2003 with Baden, Gage & Schroeder, performing tax and auditing procedures for local clients.  As of December, 2005, Nick worked as an Auditor with Zimmer, Inc., traveling around the world reviewing operational and financial functions throughout the Company.  In April, 2007, Nick decided to get back to his people-oriented nature and started Staker Consulting, LLC.  He has been fully devoted and operational since that time. 

Nick is married to Sarah Staker and has 2 children, Landin (age 7) and Ava (8 mos).  Nick is Treasurer of the Carroll Creek Homeowners Association and a member of Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana (YLNI).

Kay Sanxter has been a resident of Fort Wayne, IN, since 1980.  She has extensive experience in real estate, mortgage and automotive management.  His prior experiences include Finance Manager a local automotive dealership and several years as a Loan Officer for the Mortgage Industry.

Michelle Hoffman has been a resident of Auburn, IN, since 2000.  She has extensive experience in customer service and client relations.  She really excels at making customers happy and providing the best customer services possible.  Prior to joining Staker Consulting in 2007 as the Marketing Manager, she held a position of customer service in Auburn, IN.

Teresa Sells is a graduate of Grace College and holds a B.S. in art education. Besides teaching she has
been a daycare provider, sold Mary Kay, did interlibrary loan for the Morgan Library, and authored one book.
Her interests are reading, scrapbooking, traveling, and providing customers with excellent personalized
mortgage skills.
